Your Answers from Mark …

Q … When should my Ceremony commence?

A … That depends on the sunset. Simply work backwards from the timing of the sunset, the duration of your outdoor wedding photos, then the length of your Ceremony.

Q … When should we enter the Reception?

A … Always allow the Bridal Party a 20min downtime in a private room after the photos and before entering the main Reception. This is allows time for drinks, nibbles, bathroom breaks, etc.

Q … When should we do our Wedding Dance?

A … Yes, it can be done to conclude the formalities. However, many of our Wedding Dance couples enter the Reception and go straight to the dance floor for their dance. It’s after the dance they then relax at the Bridal Table hearing many congrats about their awesome dancing!

Q … Should our DJ take requests before and also on the night?

A … Absolutely! Your professional DJ should have over 20,000 songs in their laptop ready to play on the night. Plus on the night they should also have direct iTunes access ready to download, upload and play a requested song not otherwise in their laptop’s music library.

Q … To say good-bye, either a Guard of Honour or Circle of Friends?

A … Either is fine yet the Guard of Honour needs only about one minute to formally say good-bye to your guests. In contrast, the Circle of Friends is more meaningful, yet personally saying good-bye to everyone will mean less time for your Honeymoon!!!

Q … What’s Your Dance Lesson Cancellation Policy?

A … A lesson can be cancelled (with a full refund) or a lesson time changed if at least 72hrs notice is provided. Alternatively, full lesson booking fee applies and upon the following lesson that lesson's payment plus one prepayment are both required (to simply resume the one-lesson prepayment process). The booking fee is a genuine estimate of loss suffered in the event that you cancel the booking being $181.82 (plus $18.18).
